Youth And Their Problems

I do not say that our government does not do anything for the youth, but I feel that they should do more for the youth. Because everyone knows that fear, jealousy, comparison, competition have all increased in today's youth. This problem has become a challenge before the youth.

These Common Challenges That Youth Are Facing

Depression
Depression is a common thing in today's youth. Everyone has different reasons for their depression, but it is common in today's youth. And we should not ignore it, because mental health also matters. Depression can be treated, take help from a doctor, sleep regularly, take medicine, exercise, eat healthy.

Suicide
Suicide is also a common thing today, our youth are unable to bear even a little pressure, they see only suicide as the solution to every problem. But suicide is not the solution to every problem. If you have any problem, talk to your parents, or share with your teacher, or someone close. death is not the only solution. Every problem has a solution. And there are many organizations on google that can help you, contact them, they will help you.

Societal pressure
In society, we young people are under so much pressure to be successful, and this pressure comes out in our life in the form of depression, suicide, anxiety. And this pressure is in many things, good performance in school, good marks, good job.

Body Shaming
Body shaming is also probably quite common these days, and it is also a cause of depression. It affects someone's mind, it is not a joke, you understand it and accept it as it is. I think whatever you are, you are good, beautiful, don't compare yourself with anyone, you have an identity in yourself.

Comparison
Nowadays parents compare their child with other children, be it in studies or behavior, but this comparison has also become a common thing for everyone. But this comparison creates hatred for someone in their mind and anger in the children for their own parents.

What's on your mind?

Start a conversation, not a fire. Post with kindness.
