heartbreak

Heartbreak is an unfortunately common part of the human experience, and it really, really sucks. We feel heart broken when we lose someone or something we loved or wanted very much, like a romantic relationship or a friendship, a family member, a pet, or a job or opportunity that was very important to us.

Heartbreak can cause a large amount of stress, especially if the loss is a sudden one. This stress can affect how we feel emotionally and physically, and may take weeks, months or even years to recover from.

You’re not the only one who’s ever felt the sting of heartbreak.

Deep love has a pain embeded for life & no time is a healer. Just distraction and distance & switching thoughts about the person/memories is a technique used to avoid the endless pain.

Heartbreak isn’t easy. When you’re heartbroken, it can be tough to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It might feel like your in the titantic and your happy life is over at first.

Once broken, hearts don’t just magically get healed. No matter how much you try to run away from it, distract yourself, the chasm will remain there relentlessly. Sometimes, it takes ages to get your heart mended just a bit. But never heals fully, never. The wounds would still be there, no matter where you go, how far you go, the scars would always be plastered.

You get used to the pain & try not to remember. However it’s always there like a scab ready to spew out the wound. The experience of relationship loss is a very individual experience, and there’s great variability in how long it can take for people to recover from the loss.

Doctors, psychotherapist are unlikely to haven’t felt this pain abd can only symphathise & empty words of reassurances are just temporal.
